| The hotel itself is a beautiful hotel. My issue was, you can't find it!! I rode around for over 30 min looking for the hotel. There are doing construction on the main street so the actual street sign is so small you can barely see it. Once you turn and drive down this road you come to the hotel but you don't know it's a hotel because there is no sign! It looks like a office building from the outside. When I was lost I tried calling the hotel 4 times and no one answered. When I finally pull up and see someone standing outside I ask them if I'm at the right place and he said yes and goes back to talking to someone parked outside. Come to find out, he was the front desk clerk!
The hotel is beautiful and it was very clean. If they can make it easier to find and put people at the front desk that want to work, I would definitely stay again. |

| I felt okay staying in this Clarion Hotel, despite of its confused management. For example, I had to slide my card key about 10 to 15 times each time trying to open the door. I reported this to staff only to find out that they can not do any thing about this and few other similar services. |

| The Hotel location was convenient to access the highway. We stayed with our kids and the room was big, clean and spacious. Enjoyed it and will recommend it. |

| Very Friendly service! Nice room. Ok workout area. Nice Pool. The only complaint that I had was there wasn't a fridge in my room. Every thing else was great. |

| We got an excellent deal on the hotel so I cannot really complain. But the hotel wasn't as well kept as I expected and the air conditioner did not woek well! |

| My family and I had to evacuate for hurricane Gustav. We made reservations at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. However, we were in bumper to bumper traffic for hours. When we realized we would not make the check-in time, we called ahead to let them know we were going to be late checking in, and was told it was OK. Upon arrival I found that the hotel gave my room to someone else. The stay was for 2 nights and was pre-paid. I had to sit in the lobby until I got a room. They did expidite the wait, but after being in a car for over 14 hours, this is the last thing I wanted to do. I also lost my money for 1 night stay. We stayed the second night, but left after finding a cheaper and more gracious hotel. |

| I enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean but i felt it was a little overpriced, especially considering that they did not provide complimentary breakfast. |
