I was very disappointed in this hotel, my reservation was for a king room and when I arrived I was down graded to two double beds. The reason I got from the front desk was that they had over booked for that night.

This hotel offers a roller coaster of surprisingly positive experiences offset by equally upsetting ones. If this is what you desire, then be their guest. If what you require is a consistent quality experience, than I'd find somewhere else to stay. By way of illustration, your first sine wave of emotion begins with some minor dissatisfaction when you  realize that the location of the hotel is not that convenient from the highway. Things then improve with a surprisingly positive first impression of the hotel that begins with the entrance from the road, continues with the drive up to the facility, is supported by the hotel's facade, and is cemented with the observation that the hotel has employed a bell service. The positive feelings quickly evaporate however, when meeting the bell man. The sheer fact that there is a bell man does nothing but raise expectations that fall quickly when he watches you struggle with bags trying to enter the building without offering to help. This follows with a check in service that is professional and friendly, and a well appointed and very clean room. While these last positive experiences serve to elevate your spirits, they are once again dashed when visiting the restaurant, and finding yourself relegated to the bar to eat while the entire dining facility is uninhabited. Things get a bit worse when waiting 20 minutes to be served by the bartender, only to find out that they are out of the food you ordered ... with no suitable substitutes available. Once again disheartened, things improve a bit with a good night's sleep on a fairly comfortable bed. After waking refreshed, and following an uplifting hot shower, things change again when going downstairs for breakfast in the hotel's second restaurant, located just off the lobby. After being seated by a professional wait staff (boasting of a plentiful and diverse buffet), things inevitably deteriorate again. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay at the hotel in the future. Our room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. The staff was pleasant and did an outstanding job at meeting all our needs. We had two rooms and one room was handicap accessible and it met all our needs completely. My grandaughter enjoyed the pool.Lovely view of the golf  course from our room.The brunch on Sun. AM was enjoyed by all in our party. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

This was a repeat stay for us. We loved it so much the first time, I didn't think twice about where I wanted to stay on this trip. Hotel is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you could want. Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Snow on the ground this trip but the staff made sure that ice was not an issue in the parking lot or that water  was not in the entry way. Great staff! Loved our stay and will be back again.

The hotel was elegent with very good service, but lacking in what I would consider normal accomodations. An outdoor pool that wasn't heated and not available. No jacuzzi. PAY for internet service in your own room, not good. No continental breakfast unless you want to pay ? A fridge with no freezer, barely cool by the evening. A bathroom sink with loose  faucet and non-functioning drain plug. No DVD player. No local attraction brochures on display. Basically a business man's stopover where you have to pay for everything or do without - few amenities except for the history and beauty of it.

I wanted to take my Girlfriend out of town.... for a romantic weekend.... when I booked the room it said GOLF VIEW ROOM.... we did not recieve a golf front room we had a view of a roof..... which was not very pleasent.... all in all it was a good stay, we asked previously about late check out they told us it should not be a problem, since we where checking out on a monday, they told us to call the front desk sunday afternoon. Well we did call sunday afternoon, and they told us to call back later that evening, so we did. When we called back they told us that we would have to call back in the morning, when we did they finally gave us a answer about late check out.......

This hoter was what the doctore ordered.. It was clean neat and just want I needed. A quiet place with not too much foot traffic throughou tthe hotel.

This hotel is nice for the money and only minutes from Atlanta, Six Flags and Dave & Buster's. The HUGE flat screen tv in the room was a pleasant surprise that I must have overlooked when booking the room. My room had a great view of the golf course as well. Though a bit outdated in some areas, overall this hotel is a good place to stay while in the Atlanta Metro.
